業務内容 Job Responsibilities

(Immediate post-hire) Frontend Engineer
(Scope of change) Frontend Engineer and other tasks as assigned by the company
- プロダクトの画面や機能に対する提案、ユーザーインタビューの実施業務
- デザイナーのデザインに従った実装業務
- デザインカンプ時のコンポーネント設計（UI/UXデザイナーと協業）
- 提供したインタラクションの評価と改善方針の決定、実行
- どう使われているか、議論し実装した体験が仮説通りであったかを検証
- 開発を効率化するためのツールやコード、ドキュメント作成
- Proposing product screens and features, and conducting user interviews
- Implementation based on designs provided by designers
- Component design during the design mockup phase (collaborating with UI/UX designers)
- Evaluating provided interactions and determining/executing improvement plans
- Verifying how the product is used and whether the discussed and implemented experience aligns with the hypothesis
- Creating tools, code, and documentation to improve development efficiency
必須要件 Required Qualifications

- TypeScript, React を用いた開発経験
- チームでのプロダクト開発

- Experience in development using TypeScript and React
- Experience in product development within a team

- React Testing Libraryの使用経験
- Storybook、Chromaticの使用経験

- Experience using React Testing Library
- Experience using Storybook and Chromatic
- Understanding of Material Design and experience using MUI
